Half a level down you'll find an
office with fax, printer and broadband WiFi, fully-equipped laundry/powder room and lock-up double garage. Continue downstairs to the other 2 bedrooms (both with Queen Size beds and their own entrances into the garden) and a bathroom. There's an additional casual living area on this level opening directly onto the private pool area and sub-tropical garden through double bifold doors. Another extensive covered indoor/outdoor space by the pool provides an ideal location for lazing around in hammocks in the heat of the day, lulled by birdsong in the neighbouring rainforest and the gentle sound of running water cascading from the water feature into the pool.
